01Who You Buy From卖家是谁

jazpiper.my is run by Tech Concept Sdn Bhd (202201039826 / 1485523-A), an authorized JazPiper dealer with showrooms in Johor Bahru and Kuala Lumpur. When you order here, you buy from us. Placing an order means you agree to these terms.jazpiper.my 由 JazPiper 授权经销商 Tech Concept Sdn Bhd（202201039826 / 1485523-A）经营，在新山和吉隆坡设有展厅。在这里下单，就是向我们购买。下单即表示你同意以下条款。

02Prices价格

• Prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). The total at checkout is what you pay — delivery is free.价格以马币（RM）计。结账时显示的总额就是你要付的钱——运费全免。
• Prices can change without notice, but an order you have paid for keeps its price.价格可能随时调整，但已付款的订单按付款时的价格。
• If a price on the site is plainly wrong, we tell you before anything ships, and refund you in full if you don’t want it at the right price.如果网站上的价格明显标错，我们会在发货前通知你；你不接受正确价格的话，全额退款。
• Pictures show the product; the unit you receive can differ slightly in finish or packaging. Specifications are the brand’s.图片仅供参考，实物的外观或包装可能略有不同。规格以品牌公布为准。

03Ordering and Paying下单与付款

• You pay on CommercePay’s secure page: FPX online banking, Visa or Mastercard, or an e-wallet. We never see or keep your card number or bank login.在 CommercePay 安全页面付款：FPX 网上银行、Visa / Mastercard 或电子钱包。我们看不到、也不保存你的卡号或网银登录资料。
• Your order is confirmed once the payment goes through — the order page then shows it as Paid.付款成功后订单即确认——订单页面会显示“已付款”。
• An order that isn’t paid within a day closes on its own.一天内没有付款的订单会自动关闭。
• If we can’t supply what you ordered, we tell you straight away and you choose: wait for stock, or a full refund.如果我们无法供货，会马上通知你，由你选择：等货，或全额退款。
• Prefer to pay in person? Order on WhatsApp and pay at a showroom.想当面付款？WhatsApp 下单，到展厅付款。

04Delivery and Collection送货与取货

Free delivery anywhere in Malaysia, or free collection at our Johor Bahru or Kuala Lumpur showroom. Times and details are in our Delivery Policy.全马免运费送货，或到新山、吉隆坡展厅免费取货。时间和细节请看送货政策。

05Warranty保修

One year on the device and six months on accessories, from the date you buy. Claims come straight to us — see Warranty & Claims.主机保修 1 年，配件 6 个月，从购买日期起算。报修直接找我们——请看保修与报修。

07Invoices发票

Every order gets an invoice from Tech Concept. Need it in a company’s name, for example for an e-Invoice? WhatsApp us the company name and TIN before your order ships.每张订单都有 Tech Concept 开出的发票。需要开公司名（例如电子发票）？请在发货前把公司名称和税号（TIN）WhatsApp 给我们。

08Our Responsibility我们的责任

• As far as Malaysian law allows, our responsibility for an order is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses.在马来西亚法律允许的范围内，我们对一张订单的责任以你所付的金额为限，也不承担间接损失。
• Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.本条款不影响你在《1999 年消费者保护法》下的权利。

09Governing Law适用法律

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.本条款受马来西亚法律管辖。

10Changes修改

We may update these terms; the date at the top says when. An order follows the terms in place when it was paid.我们可能会更新本条款，最上方的日期就是最后更新时间。订单按付款当时的条款处理。
