01Delivery Fee运费

Free on every order, to every state — Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan included.每张订单、每个州属都免运费——包括沙巴、砂拉越和纳闽。

02How Long It Takes送货时间

• Peninsular Malaysia: usually 2–5 working days.西马：一般 2–5 个工作天。
• Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan: usually 5–10 working days.沙巴、砂拉越、纳闽：一般 5–10 个工作天。

Counted from payment, Monday to Friday. Checkout shows the expected dates for your state before you pay. Public holidays and festive seasons can add a day or two.从付款当天起算，按周一至周五计算。结账时会按你的州属显示预计送达日期。公共假期和佳节期间可能多一两天。

03Tracking追踪

When it ships, the courier and tracking number appear on your order page, and we send them to you. Lost the link? Use Find My Order with the order number and your phone number.发货后，快递公司和追踪号码会显示在订单页面，我们也会发给你。找不到链接？到查询订单输入订单号和电话号码。

04Receiving It收货

• Someone needs to be at the address to receive it; the courier may call the number you gave.需要有人在地址收货；快递可能会打你留下的电话。
• Check the box when it arrives. Damaged? Photos to us on WhatsApp within 48 hours — see Returns & Refunds.收货时检查包装。有损坏？48 小时内拍照 WhatsApp 给我们——请看退换与退款。

05Collecting at a Showroom展厅取货

Choose Johor Bahru or Kuala Lumpur at checkout. We tell you when it’s ready — please wait for that message before you come — and you show the order page on your phone when you collect.结账时选择新山或吉隆坡。机器备好后我们会通知你——请收到通知后再来——取货时出示手机上的订单页面即可。
