01What We Collect我们收集什么

• When you order: your name, mobile number, email, delivery address and any note you write.下单时：姓名、手机号码、电邮、送货地址，以及你写的备注。
• About the order: what you bought, how you’ll get it, and the payment reference CommercePay sends back. Not your card number or bank login — those stay with CommercePay and your bank.订单本身：买了什么、取货方式、CommercePay 回传的付款参考号。不包括你的卡号或网银登录——那些只在 CommercePay 和你的银行。
• When you write to us: your WhatsApp messages and emails.你联系我们时：WhatsApp 讯息和电邮。
• When you check a warranty or find an order: the serial or order number and the phone digits you type, to look them up.查询保修或订单时：你输入的序号或订单号以及电话号码，用来查询。

02Counting Visits访问统计

We count visits as daily totals: which pages were opened, where visitors came from (for example Google or Facebook), phone or computer, and the language. There are no advertising trackers, and nothing that identifies you is kept.我们只按天统计访问总数：打开了哪些页面、从哪里来（例如 Google 或 Facebook）、用手机还是电脑、什么语言。没有广告追踪器，也不保存任何能认出你的资料。

To stop abuse, the order and look-up forms count attempts from each internet (IP) address over a few minutes.为了防止滥用，下单和查询表格会在几分钟内按网络（IP）地址计算尝试次数。

03On Your Device保存在你的设备上

Your bag, the details you typed at checkout and your language choice are saved in your own browser, so you don’t have to type them again. Clearing the browser’s data for this site removes them.你的购物袋、结账时填写的资料和语言选择都保存在你自己的浏览器里，下次不用重打。清除浏览器里本网站的资料就会删除。

04Why We Use It用途

• To take payment, and to deliver your order or have it ready to collect.收款，以及送货或准备取货。
• To keep you updated on the order — by WhatsApp, phone call or email.通过 WhatsApp、电话或电邮告诉你订单进度。
• For the invoice, and for warranty and after-sales records.开发票，以及保修和售后记录。

05Who Sees It谁会看到

• CommercePay, to process your payment.CommercePay——处理你的付款。
• The courier, who gets your name, phone number and address to deliver.快递公司——取得你的姓名、电话和地址以便送货。
• Our own team, in Tech Concept’s sales and warranty records.我们自己的团队——记录在 Tech Concept 的销售和保修系统。
• The services that host this site and send our emails.托管本网站和发送电邮的服务商。
• Government authorities, when the law requires it (for example LHDN, for e-Invoices).法律要求时，交给政府机构（例如 LHDN 电子发票）。

06How Long We Keep It保存多久

Order and invoice records are kept for at least 7 years, as Malaysian tax law requires. Other details are kept only as long as they are needed.订单和发票记录依马来西亚税务法规至少保存 7 年。其他资料只保存到不再需要为止。

07Keeping It Safe安全

Your details travel encrypted, are stored with Google Cloud, and can be opened only by the staff who handle orders.你的资料加密传输，存放在 Google Cloud，只有处理订单的员工才能打开。

08Your Rights你的权利

• Ask what we hold about you, and get a copy.查询我们保存了你的哪些资料，并索取副本。
• Correct anything that is wrong.更正错误的资料。

09Changes修改

We may update this policy; the date at the top says when.我们可能会更新本政策，最上方的日期就是最后更新时间。
